Ling Bickham5 StarI brought my desk top to this computer repair shop in Chinatown, Houston. The owner, Grace helped me to upgrade it from Windows 10 pro to Windows 11 Pro and charges $95 dollars for her work all afternoon. My desktop wasn’t qualified to be upgraded by myself, I’m very satisfied now! Grace also gave me a free mouse pad, it seems a good quality as a picture as I posted.Tuesday 26th August 2025

She first tried every possible software repair, and when that didn’t work, she responsibly arranged for clean-room recovery out of state. Thanks to her, all my data was successfully restored.
